"I love your work! How do I start my project?"
Contact us through our Contact Page and we will discuss your needs. Then, simply click on the PayPal button next to your project description on the Rates Page. We start your project as soon as payment has been cleared.
"What if I have a large project, do I have to pay for all of it upfront?"
No, larger projects - $500 and higher - can be paid half at start and half at approval. Each job is individual and we will provide a financial program to fit your needs.
"Is printing available for my project?"
Yes, we have a printing and delivery service. Since we provide a large variety of products and we are national, please contact us for a personal quote on your printing and shipping needs.
"What is the turn-around time for my project?"
Projects such as basic 1-2 page websites, blogs, logos, business cards, small ads and basic reviews can be done in as little as a week or less. Again, each project is unique. We will do our best to work within your time schedule. Remember however that turn-around time also depends on you. Client provisions, changes, approvals and timely payments can influence the turn-around time schedule.
"Do you provide hosting and maintenance for my website?"
Yes, we offer hosting and maintenance of your site. You may go through our hosting provider or pick any number of hosting sites available. Our maintenance fees depends on the needs of your individual site. Again, contact us for more information.
"I'm going to have changes to my site every month. Can I maintain my own site?"
Yes! We can teach how to maintain your own site. We can even help you build your own site! You need of course to feel at ease using the computer and have basic knowledge. If you've been putting off getting your business on the internet because the thought of building and/or maintaining your own site has been too intimidating, we can help.
